    First place in the business shirts category of the readers’ vote

    German shirt manufacturer OLYMP Bezner KG of Bietigheim-Bissingen has won the Men’s Health Style Award 2016. In an annual questionnaire to find their favourite brands in various categories, readers chose OLYMP as the winner for business shirts. The Men’s Health' readers’ awards (Men’s Health Style Awards) have been a fixed part of the men’s fashion scene for almost 20 years.

    Mark Bezner, owner and CEO of OLYMP Bezner KG, was delighted with the award, which he says came as a pleasant surprise. “The Men’s Health Style Award 2016 is a wonderful tribute to our fashionable business shirts, proving that the OLYMP brand is held in high regard. It also represents appreciation for the outstanding performance and huge dedication of all our company’s employees at home and abroad. It will inspire us to continue putting all our energy into producing the best possible ideas for innovative products and collections that appeal to the markets, enabling us to offer our customers the highest standards in both business and leisure wear.”

    The invitation to vote in the search for readers’ most popular business shirts went out in the March and April 2016 editions of Men’s Health, the Spring and Summer edition of Best Fashion magazine and via digital channels. A total of 12,420 mainly male readers with pronounced fashion sense took part in the voting, ultimately putting OLYMP at number one in the business shirts category. Participants gave high praise to the OLYMP brand, particularly concerning its value for money, product quality, wearer comfort and attractiveness.

    “Many Men’s Health readers made their opinions known, choosing OLYMP as their favourite shirt label. This is a lovely indication of loyalty, but also gives us a certain obligation to continue to meet the high standards set. The reader survey is also evidence of the high regard for OLYMP among consumers. It confirms we are on the right track, and will continue the outstanding cooperation we enjoy with the widely read lifestyle magazine Men’s Health, with whom we have a long-term marketing and communication strategy. The target readership – health, fashion and appearance-conscious men aged between 20 and 39 – corresponds perfectly with the customers for whom the OLYMP Level Five body fit and OLYMP No. Six super slim were primarily designed,” says Mark Bezner.
